Literature Text

Amidst the lick of wild oranges and reds,
I epitomise the fear of the unknown.
You may think me a haunting wispy shadow,
But you need not fear me dear one.
I am the dark that is created by light,
For I dance in wild delight of the flame.
I appear to come and go as I please,
Yet I am ever a slave to eternal wind.
In but a whisper could I engulf the world,
Or cease to exist should you will it.
Rather would I die from your breath,
Speak to the fire in words of love and lust.
Rather would I die from your touch,
Extinguish swiftly my heart upon the wick.
I know what this means to me, but what does it mean to you :P

It means to me that if you love someone, take a chance on them even if it could kill you. Because it is definitely worth it.
